The location is ideal with a direct road connection to both the ring road and to Blvd. Cherni Vrah in the direction of the center. A new street is expected to connect the building directly to the ring road.

I can give it as a double garage or as two singles. There are 2 doors on the garage, one on the underground parking AND a second door on the street where you walk through a parking space to enter. The parking space is also for rent. The following rental options can be made :
